Motorcar Parts of America Acquires Leading Automotive Component Testing Company

LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (Nasdaq:MPAA) today announced it has acquired D&V Electronics, an Ontario, Canada-based company in a stock purchase transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
